What is Holistic Therapy?
Holistic therapy is like tending to a garden, where each aspect of your being—mind, body, and spirit—is nurtured to bloom into its fullest potential. A holistic lens sees that our mental, emotional and physical health are intertwined. It’s about finding balance in all areas of life.
What makes my approach stand out is its focus on connecting the dots between your thoughts, your body, and your inner self. I truly believe that the magic happens when we give attention to every part of who we are and find that sweet spot of balance.
I personalize my approach based on what works best for you. That means using a mix of techniques, such as expressive arts therapy, mindfulness, inner child healing, and somatic techniques, all tailored to your needs. I also bring in methods backed by science, like EMDR and brainspotting, to help bridge the gab between the brain, body and emotions.
